4. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about device problems and history
- Back up important data before service (where possible)
- Remove personal and confidential files not related to the repair
- Provide necessary passwords and access codes for diagnosis
- Pay for services according to the agreed terms
- Collect your device within 30 days of repair completion
5. Diagnostic and Quote Process
We offer free diagnostic services to assess your device's issues. Following diagnosis:
- We will provide a detailed quote for required repairs
- No work will commence without your written or verbal approval
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Additional issues discovered during repair will be quoted separately
6. Pricing and Payment
Our pricing structure:
- Diagnostic assessment is provided free of charge
- Labour charges are calculated at £45 per hour
- Parts are charged at cost plus a reasonable markup
- Urgent and same-day services incur additional charges
- Payment is due upon completion of services
- We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers
7. Warranty
We provide the following warranty coverage:
- 90-day warranty on all repair work performed
- Manufacturer warranty applies to new parts installed
- Warranty covers the specific repair performed, not the entire device
- Warranty is void if the device is opened or repaired by others
- Physical damage or misuse voids the warranty
8. Data Protection and Privacy

- Data recovery services do not guarantee 100% recovery

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Device Collection and Storage
Regarding device collection and storage:
- Devices must be collected within 30 days of repair completion
- Storage fees of £5 per day apply after 30 days
- Uncollected devices after 90 days may be disposed of
- We are not responsible for devices abandoned over 90 days
- Collection requires identification and proof of ownership
11. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms:
- Diagnostic work cannot be cancelled once commenced
- Repair work can be cancelled before parts are ordered
- Ordered parts may incur cancellation fees
- Completed work cannot be refunded unless warranty applies
- Custom configurations and data recovery cannot be cancelled once started
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, supplier delays, or government restrictions.
13. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our services, website content, and documentation remain our property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be:
- First addressed through direct communication
